KPIs and Performance Metrics

In this lesson, we will learn KPIs and performance metrics. We will understand what a KPI is, what a metric is, the difference between vanity and actionable metrics, KPI trees, targets, benchmarks, leading and lagging indicators, and how to choose the right KPIs for dashboards. ## Lesson objective In this lesson, we will learn KPIs and Performance Metrics. In the previous lesson, we covered Exploratory Data Analysis — EDA. We learned dataset overview, data type check, missing value analysis, numerical and categorical summary, distribution, outlier, group comparison, correlation, and writing initial insights.
