In this lesson, we will learn the AHP method. We will understand criteria, alternatives, pairwise comparison, Saaty scale, criteria weights, consistency ratio, and how AHP results are used in business decisions through practical examples. ## Lesson objective In this lesson, we will learn Multi-Criteria Decision Making and the AHP method. In the previous lesson, we covered Benford’s Law and fraud detection basics. We learned first digit analysis, expected Benford distribution, the difference between fraud and anomaly, audit analytics, threshold analysis, and correct interpretation of Benford results. Now we move to the decision analysis side of statistical thinking.
