In the previous lesson, we covered Multi-Criteria Decision Making and the AHP method. We learned goal, criteria, alternatives, pairwise comparison, Saaty scale, criteria weight, consistency ratio, and final scoring. Now we move to another practical method of multi-criteria decision-making: TOPSIS.
